No unsightly counterbalanced weights.
Completely free standing. This means no penetrating through existing roof membrane, ensuring 'watertightness', thus eliminating the loss of any guarantees.
EPDM sponge/ribbed rubber matting. The mat to the underside of the base unit is heat resistant and therefore prevents any hot/cold build up between the roof membrane and the steel base unit.
Meets to all current legislation including: HSE special report no 15: 1998, HSG 33 safety in roof work: 1998 and BS6399 part 2 wind loadings: 1995
